I met Bob and Paula Burns years ago. First, they were one of my good customers and since I have cars, I inevitably became one of theirs.
They have always treated me fairly and have, without exception, been completely honest and upfront with me.
They have worked on a couple of my vehicles. One more than once. The collision repairs were done quickly and efficiently and they were more than happy to deal with the insurance company for me.
As long as Burns is there, they will always be the shop I go to. No question.
